Indoors or outdoors, this chili is bringing bold heat to a dish that warms everyones soul.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive
- 2 lb chili beef, or ground chuck
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoons Rufus Teague Blazin’ Hot BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro, garnish
Instructions
- Heat heavy pot over the fire. When the skillet is hot, add olive oil. Once oil is hot, add chopped onion, garlic, and then, ground beef. Let that cook for 5 or so minutes, until brown
- Add the rest of your ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Let simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
