Hummus with a kick! Add a touch of smokiness and a little heat to a healthy dip that everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans garbanzo beans
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 tablespoons Rufus Teague Blazin Hot BBQ Sauce + more for garnish
  • 1 green onion, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to food process or blender and pulse until a fine paste is formed.
  2. Top with green onions and extra Blazin' Hot BBQ Sauce.
  3. Enjoy with pita chips, your favorite vegetables, or in a wrap.
